We pick the few workflows that matter most, agree who can change the shared knowledge, and decide which steps AI can do and which need a person. Then I set up one shared workspace for the team, not a copy each. Design Your Prompt can hold the shared prompt library.
Step 5
AI Partner

I keep the workspace working as your tools change, add new uses, and stay on call when you get stuck. We agree what it covers before we start.
