But the good use cases live in one person’s head or on their laptop. Nobody shares what works, and everybody starts from scratch each time. New tools start with a blank canvas, no context of what the business is or does.
Meanwhile IT is nervous about what is going where, data security, privacy, accuracy, multiple versions of the truth.
It is not a people or tools problem.

An AI workspace is your own AI “operating system”. It has two layers: a second brain that holds what you know, and the skills, connections and rules that let AI use it consistently.
- Second brain: how your work gets done, and the knowledge you would otherwise paste in every time, if you remembered to

Stopping a fraud, not just reporting it
Alerts that let security officers intercept parcel collections. The intelligence supported a criminal case.

A Python model with interactive mapping that assessed and recommended sites, replacing a two-week process.

I have done this inside a large company.
I know how IT departments think, and why they say no. So everything I build fits inside your company’s rules.
AI on real company data
At Yodel I designed AI-assisted workflows connected to the company data warehouse, to speed up moving our dashboards from Tableau to Power BI. The standards, the link back to the source data and human review all stayed in place.
An analytics and AI function
I led Yodel’s analytics and AI function, and worked with InPost’s Data Science and AI team on forecasting models.
30 years of delivery
Before that I worked in systems analysis, business analysis and delivery, including leading fraud-prevention systems at Experian.
