AI mentoring for UK business owners & senior operators
Learn to build
useful things
with AI.
Move beyond chatting with AI.
Learn by working through one everyday task with James Morris. You stay at the keyboard; James guides you as you build, test and improve a small working prototype. No coding experience needed.

From “could I?”
to trying it yourself.
A small build.
A practical way to learn.
We work on one task so there’s time to understand each step. Practise explaining what you need, checking what AI produces and improving it when it isn’t quite right.
A little preparation.
We discuss what you want to learn and agree a task that fits the hour. James prepares safe examples and your Design Your Prompt library.
Learn by doing.
You stay at the keyboard. James explains the decisions as you build, test and refine. Ask questions, try things and understand why they work.
Keep exploring.
Revisit the steps with your prototype and saved prompts. Use what you’ve practised to keep exploring at your own pace.
Less typing. More trying things out.Your complimentary Design Your Prompt library holds the prepared prompts and the versions you create, so you can pick up where you left off.

What would you like to stop
doing the hard way?
What could you learn by building? These everyday tasks give us something concrete to practise with. Bring your own idea, too.
“What did we agree?”
Practise structuring rough notes into decisions and actions, and spotting missing details.
“Which option fits?”
Learn to set clear criteria and check how AI compares the options.
“What am I missing?”
Practise writing reusable instructions and testing a checklist for gaps.
“How do I explain this?”
Learn to guide AI’s drafting and review an update for accuracy, clarity and tone.

Experienced in the work.
Patient with the learning.
I’m James Morris. A patient guide as you learn to build with AI.
I bring around 30 years in business analysis, systems and data, including recent hands-on work with applied AI.
We’ll work at your pace. You ask questions, try things and understand what you’ve made.
A few practical questions
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You use prepared instructions and plain language, with James beside you on Microsoft Teams. You stay at the keyboard.
What will I learn in an hour?
You’ll practise turning a task into clear instructions, guiding AI to a first version, checking the output and improving it. We keep the build small so there’s time to understand the steps. Explore the interactive examples for ideas, or bring a task of your own.
Can I use company data?
We explore your task using public, harmless or fictional examples. Do not submit confidential, personal, regulated or commercially sensitive information. If the idea needs that information, we reframe it first.
Is the result ready to use in my business?
It is a learning prototype, not a production business system. We record its limits. Relying on it in business, connecting live systems or making consequential decisions needs further analysis, testing and controls.
What happens afterwards?
You keep your prototype and prompt library so you can revisit the steps and practise again. The first session stands on its own. Further mentoring is available if you want it.
What would you like
to make easier?
Enquire about your £179 introductory session. Tell me what you’d like to learn to do with AI and an everyday task we could practise on. We’ll agree what fits the hour before you book.
